- How can I place an order?
After deciding the product(s), quantity, size(s) & shipping method, simply click the “Buy It Now” Button then proceed to Check Out. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancellation of order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After that time, cancellation will no longer be entertained. You may contact us via email@example.com to request for cancellation.
- I ordered something but want to change the order
Please take into consideration that any orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped can't be canceled.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (trough PayPal).
- How safe is my personal information?
- What size should I get?
Measurements for each product have been provided in the description. Please go through them carefully and measure it against yourself to determine which size you should go for. Do note that we follow Asian sizes and may run smaller against US/UK sizes.
- How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. InovaGoGo reserves the right to deny any return request.
All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. Shipping costs are non refundable. We can only refund the item cost, excluding shipping fees, tax and duties.
- What is your return & exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if so, please send us a picture showing the problem. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
- Will shipping be covered for my returns?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
- When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- When are returns not possible?
If you have placed an order with a wrong item/address; you need to contact our customer services in order to receive the appropriate resolution. You’re not eligible for a return for the following reasons. If:
- The order is not corrected before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day.
- The product is not broken or it is not defective or is damaged because of use or
- The product is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Received the ordered correct item.
For any unjust or failed chargeback cases, you will be charged and held liable for all fees incurred by our legal team and collection agency, including any surcharge we may incur during the process.
